What is this girl upto?

Image
Photography is capturing what you see around, framing a snapshot and then finally to depict a story out of it but sketching is when you have a story in your mind you tend to show it on a canvas succeeding in making a frame of your real imagination and what you feel inside. It’s an art where you can relatively showcase unrealistic things running inside you. But both are pieces of art and I admire both, sketching being my old passion. To bring out the thoughts on a blank sheet with charcoal in your hand is not only an achievement but how you bring about a masterpiece of your imagination, that belongs to only you and YOU are it's “TRUE CREATOR”.   Now I have a question - "What is this girl upto?"

That silly kid...

Image
I met him during one of the photo-walks I did last week. The moment he saw me and my friend approaching abruptly he came to us with a bunch of pens in his hand to sell. The guy was way too notorious and gave poses to my shutter, totally forgot to sell pens instead got himself clicked in every possible perspective he could imagine of course with his whole gang of friends along and after his session got performed, he asked me “Where will you show these pictures?”   I was numb to his question at that time but now I am thinking I wish I could show him where I showed his pictures…

Shared the moment

Image
Some of the macro shots are extremely discordant at the same time, appealing. Each shot showcases the real experience of the being which is captured. This moment of capturing these beings will live forever as it marks a symbolic aspect of life which I had lived with them. In this frame, two ants are found mourning on the loss of their family member or perhaps a friend. When I took this frame I dint know what particularly was happening in between the two, I couldn’t figure out the condition of that very moment but soon after I zoomed in through knob to see I comprehended the truth very next second. If aimed accurately, one can possibly notice three heads and two bodies. I hope I am able to demonstrate what I wanted to show through this draft. So macro shooting for me is always entertaining in comparability with the other genre of photography.   Happy snapping !

Spot it!

Image
During my trip to hills I not only found candid and panoramic shots but also discovered the beauty that lies within the nature of the mountains and its flora which is the most integral part and helps in making the location mindboggling with the elements of flora around me I felt contented and I started taking frames of almost everything I could spot in front of me. One frame that I detected was like a fantasy may be because I had not gone too close to nature in recent past and I encountered this bee which was inside the rose and playing with its stigma. It was so fascinating to watch this tiny creature playing and hunting nectar inside the flower. This has a lot of resemblance to life and is very lively, which makes this frame alive.                                                              Spot it!

Epitomizing 3 chapters of my life in a poetry

"I think of the time when I was young, the songs and compositions i sung. Childhood memories and all that fun, seems like it is unequivocally done. Then came my college days, to get trained and compete the race. But i'am not yet over with all the craze, Just as the fun I did by many possible ways. Now is the tragic phase of life, where money and success is all we thrive. House to live in, car to drive accomplishing tasks, dead or alive..."   I composed this one day while sitting in my office thinking of life and how it has fast-forwarded from the time when I was in school, this life has taught me many things and out of all odd judgments I wrote a recitation of my own. There are not only "three" phases but more, I wrote three here is because I have lived these phases, other phases may come in future if I continue to write like this. Thank You Keep rhyming!

Honey-Ginger-Lemon Tea and Elma's

Image
It was in college, 4 years ago when one day the coffee machine broke down and I was offered to have a cup of lemon tea instead of normal tea by the manservant. I am not a tea fan but it was an immensely cold winter day so I had to have it just to kill the cold which was killing me. That was the time the lemon tea synced in completely with my taste buds and my new affection for lemon tea discovered. And then I found this place- Elma’s Café in Hauz Khas village, Delhi.   They have almost all varieties of cakes, teas, scones, breads, sandwiches, and fresh juices which a café is generally comprised of. It’s a small café that plays Jazz all the time and changes the mood completely plus the ambience is a replica of a local European Tea Room with mini toy crockery adorned on the shelves mainly tea-cups, saucers, tea-pots, sugar bowl and pitcher.   With the exclusive surroundings of the place, the best thing I found was of course the honey-ginger-lemon tea which was a modified version of m

The richness of the rain ...

Image
The best thing about the rain is that after it pours down completely, we catch a glimpse of freshness all around. The polluted air is washed away by the down pours of water which is bliss in itself. With the freshness in the air and the after effects of cloud burst, we see some mesmerizing moments.   An instance of such a moment is what i want to show through my image here, which i clicked today morning when i got up and stepped out of my home and caught these droplets on this leaf of a violet plant which is scientifically called as tradescantia pallida.   This is just a start so i hope to keep this going and keep sharing my experience and work! Keep clicking!
